This was the first mask I bought from BaseCamp. At the time I was using a spray paint respirator mask to walk around outside in the smoke filled air when the fires struck the LA areas for months. I was looking for something smaller than a large clunky respirator mask but stronger than a normal construction N95 mask. I now suffer from ridiculous allergies as a result so this was the perfect product for me. It allowed me to be comfortable being outside without having a reaction to the pollen in the air or in my case keeping the scent of fresh cut grass down to a somewhat bearable level (I am allergic to a few grass species). I can now walk my dog in comfort and know that new models will be made and the quality of product will only continue to increase. I’m very much looking forward to more.

Exactly as advertised. Keeps out the sawdust and most importantly. It doesn’t fog my glasses.

Sent me used respirator make sure it's not been used or opened

Filtration works OK but I had a hard time trying to adjust its fitting to keep the strap stay behind my head.

This covered my nose and mouth from the pollen when I was mowing the yard and pasture.

Do take heed of the no returns policy because it also applies if you get a defective one like I did. It's completely lopsided, and thus doesn't seal or give dust protection (or any protection at all), which makes it functionally useless. Amazon was the one to do a one time refund. So I decided to try it on after that, and while the size wasn't bad for me since my head is small, the ear loops are uncomfortable and I can tell they'd come off easily if I was moving around while using it. I had it shipped in the manufacturer packing, but it wasn't even sealed, just a Ziploc style bag with the mask loose inside it. Not that I think anyone would use it before I received it, but they could have if they wanted. It's so bad that the threads were already coming loose despite being unused. How cheaply made is this thing? Garbage, don't waste your money, seriously.

I can wear this for long periods of time comfortably. I like that it is reusable, and the filters are replaceable. I work with wood, and sometimes fiberglass. This protects my airways really well.
