Cheap and does the job
I am a regular gym goer and needed these for cable machines. I use these cuffs on my wrists and they work fine. They feel rigid and well made.

Comfort
I love these. They feel comfortable and secure. I like the design too. I sit mine slightly up from my ankles as I have thin ankles but I highly recommend them. Prob better thsb most I've ever used, including leading brands. Great price, great quality. What's not to like.

I like!
These ankle straps do what I need them to do, you can definitely feel the burn when using these. There are so many ways of using these straps which can target all areas if you want them to.The reason I am giving 4* is because after a few reps the straps need tightening again to stop chaffing, but other than that, they are great tools.

Adequate but not great
The straps are very sturdy and I have no concerns loading to 25kg each. The D rings however are not well secured and do rotate/spin and pull out of the nylon loop that holds them. I have stitched mine to fix this problem. They work but on that basis I would be pushed to recommend them.
