I took these upon recommendation from a friend, for my restless leg syndrome. It seems to have helped, but not totally taken them away... as I was up for hours again last night with RLS.Also it looks like one of the capsules must have broken open during transport, as all the capsules & the inside of the bottle are covered in a nasty flavored dust.

I purchased the product because I exercise, and it is very beneficial to men, particularly for blood flow. I have barely used this product since I purchased it. It is now 2024, so I've had this for years. I really dislike the taste it leaves in your system.
