Q: What happens to your eyes if used longer than 10-30 min daily?

Nothing. Green spectrum is the easiest light for the eyes to look through. It is not harmful to the eyes. It is right in the middle of the color spectrum. It is the kindest color on the eyes.

Q: Do these have UV protection?

These glasses will have tinted color lenses, however, they will not provide UV protection and we do not recommend using these in place of UV protected eyewear.
