Unexpected Gem
Fantastic, superb, mind-blowing, invigorating, enlivening, TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!To try to describe why isn't easy, but it wakes things up and brings them on board, it allows me to put the most remarkable kind of shiatsu pressure on spots and at angles that are worth dozens of shiatsu sessions to be able to do myself, whenever I feel like it.I have lots of devices, they each do different things. I only need this to do what it does - which is something absolutely superb and wonderful. There seem to be knock-offs, I would order them to try but the time and energy to return them makes the experiment pointless. I just know that this thing is primo, non plus ultra, the level I call "most amazing". Better than going to a fancy restaurant including wine. Subjectively, this is a really, really fantastic experience. I'm surprised such things are available - I mean the experience - at this price.By the way, you'll have to experiment. And mileage may vary - this device is perfect for some things I was trying to do but couldn't figure out how to do at the right angle with the right pressure. I don't know where you're at or what your body is needing at this point.I've gotten a lot of these kinds of things just now. Kind of eenie-meenie-miney mo - some new ones arrived today. But out of the bunch, this is one of the keepers. Really, really helpful in ways I can't properly articulate here.Very worth getting. I think I just realized that it may be this thing that's allowing me to sleep so much more deeply and completely the last few days. This thing is actually magnificent. But they should call it "The Lobster" because of the way it looks. Ahh - you know what? Even if the knock-offs were as good, and I bet they aren't - the material this is made out of is PERRRRRFECT for what this thing does. Why fiddle with that? And it's kind of offensive that others just copied it that completely. I don't really trust a company that operates like that to do the right things where it matters.Pretty crazy how great this thing is, especially as you continue to use it and your body begins to crave it in particular ways. You can use your legs to lift your body so the pressure is applied to different areas in different ways, and in some spots practically stand your body up to put a lot of pressure on particular spots. But the exact consistency of this material is perfect, so I wouldn't really want to try a knock-off at this point.Yeah, very positive review on this thing.

Want relief? Here it is!
Have tried multiple products that claim to give relief, and everyone of them failed to do so. I came across the Little Mum Trigger Point Massager and Suboccipital Release Tool. I was pleasantly surprised to FINALLY find an item that fulfilled all their products claims. After less than 5 uses, I went from a 10+ CONSTANT pain to about a 3, which was very tolerable. If I happen to feel more pain, I simply use my "Lobster", which I have nicknamed it, for more times a day. I also have suffered from a herniated disc in my lower back. I purchased their back and hip product and it also worked wonders. Their products are made with extreme detail and are weighted very well to stop any slipping and sliding. I would totally recommend their products.

Worth the money
I have no curve in my neck. My shoulders are slumping. I’m in so much pain. I got this and started laying on it a few minutes. So painful. But I’d get up and be in less pain. Then one night when things were bad I put it on the bed and fell asleep in it. I woke up and felt like I could finally stand up straight. Thought I would be super sore. Nope. Feels wonderful. Now I make sure to sleep on it at least a few hours every night. I’ve track the cervical pillows that are supposed to put the curve back in and my problem has been around so long that even going one minute at a time. Those give me the worst pain and tightest traps. I feel this is correcting my spine by helping my traps relax and lengthen. If you have chronic or acute military neck or even just slumping… get this. Warning * your kids might constantly steal it to play with me crabby

I love the idea of this piece of equipment so much.
I ended up with the coated metal long back piece of equipment from the same company. I ran into the same problem with this as I did their coated metal shoulder piece of equipment. It didn’t line up with my body correctly for the length and height. It seems somewhere between my shoulders and my neck that I was too short for it or something in that area. I’m a female and I’m 5'8", but most of my length is in my femur. I realize I’m a bit short wasted and maybe I’m a little bit short in the shoulder too because I’ve noticed I have to take tops in sometimes that are like spaghetti straps and not adjustable that they fall if they are too long on me which they often are, so my shoulders don't come up as high as most manufactured clothing products are fitted for most people, so that’s saying something . This would probably accommodate most people, but it just didn’t fit me right or I didn’t fit it right. I think it could bring some real relief if one could use it correctly.

One size does not fit all
I want readers to know that I am a retired massage therapist. I am keenly aware and am a supporter of trigger point therapy. The immediate discomfort that may be noted with treatment is will diminish and the therapy beneficial in the long run. I have battled active trigger points in my right trapezius muscle for years and over the past couple of years increasing neck problems leading to headaches. Many parts of the body one cannot treat themselves. My massage therapist of choice had to retire and I have been unable to find a suitable replacement. When I found this product, I had high hopes for treating those active trigger points. I can see merit to a product like this. However, trigger points vary in placement slightly from person to person. A skilled clinician can identify those trigger points by feel. Obviously, this product cannot. Additionally, stating each body is not made the same is an understatement. It is unrealistic to think the trigger points on a 6 foot tall man will be in the same place as a 5 foot tall woman. This product will be able to meet some people's needs, but many it will not. It's just too expensive to be "almost, but not quite".
