Love it! Camera and image quality it great. Connects to wifi easily. App is easy to work. High sensitivity and very functional and versatile.

I'm using EZVIZ products for years - from front ring bell camera, back of the house outdoor and 2 inside. Reliable, easy to install, all in one app, great value. Will buy again!

Video quality is standard for this price range. However, motion detection is one of the best if setup correctly. Changes in lighting, shadows, etc. in a room will false trigger. Plan your placement carefully. Also plan your detection zones. Sound quality is thin, and the speaker volume is low.Night vision is decent up to 30 - 35 feet in no light conditions. You can see further with distant backlighting.I use mine outdoors and it works really well. As long as it is out of rain or moisture, it will last a long time. I have others lasting over 3 years. In severe weather, the privacy feature moves the lens up into the shell which further protects itself.This unit is designed for indoor use, but well built enough with careful placement for outdoors.The included power cable is very long compared to other low priced cameras.NOTE: Does not work with Alexa. On the company's limited website, they list 4 cameras they say now work with Alexa, this is not one of them.

This honestly is a great camera. I do recommend it. However, there are a few flaws that I want to share.First the pros:1) small, lightweight, and well made2) great video quality3) can be bought as a single unit (so you don’t have to get a whole “system” if you don’t need to)4) it has the ability to record to an SD card, and this model has one of the largest capacity SD card ability that I’ve seen. However it does also have a cloud storage feature (for a fee).4) using the app you can pan and tilt the camera easily, view recordings, and set features.5) The panning ability (from left to right) of this camera is amazing because of the round design of the device. It also can tilt up and down.6) the app also allows you to set it if you want it to follow a person or to stay stationary. In other words, if you set it to notice people, it will follow/track a person’s movements in that room. Otherwise, you can just have it as a view of the room as a whole.7) it records sound as well as video, and also has a feature that allows you to talk and be heard in the room where the camera is located.Cons:1) The instruction paper that come with it is not overly detailed. I had to play around with it within the app to figure out some of the features.2) The location of where to insert the SD card is obscure and a bit hard to find. The instructions don’t explain it well.3) I am using the camera as a security camera, and as such, I wanted a full view of the room with out having to pan. I found that the only way to really achieve that is to mount the camera on the wall. I rent the space, so I did not want to drill into the wall. So, I used a Command Strip small shelf for it to sit on. This worked well, but the problem is that when it’s higher up, you need to tilt the camera downward. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have an ability to tilt too far downward. (It’s panning ability for left to right is awesome, though). That meant that I had to put it only half-way up the wall, so it could “look down at the room”, which is not exactly a subtle place. I suppose you could hang it from the ceiling, but I have dropped ceilings, so that was not an option for me. These issues are not necessarily something everyone will experience, because it depends on your purpose for having the camera, the size and configuration of the room it’s in, etc. I just wanted to relate my experience.4) If you’re using an SD card for video storage, be aware that it will overwrite over older video recordings when it reaches the end. There is no indication on the app of how much space is remaining on the card.Overall, it’s a great little camera, and I recommend it. I just feel that there are a few features that could be improved.

I have many of the ENVIZ cameras but this was my first one that moved. It is constantly moving even if there is no motion. The quality is great but the camera constantly moving is annoying.

This camera is great to use to watch my dog and cats when Im not home. Everything works as expected. I really love that I dont have to pay a monthly fee to view playbacks and record. I just use and SD card. I did have to update the firmware on the camera a couple of times and then reset it to get it to finally detect the card had been inserted. Works great! The app is easy to use and not annoying with pestering to you upgrade. I already bought the outside camera to go with it for the simplicity. I'll continue to add on
