Excellent product. The glass container makes it safer to have near a stove or oven and even when camping as there's no possibility for any plastic to heat up and 'gas off' or melt. The jar is thick and sturdy, never had one break even when accidentally dropped. Took this camping to add to French toast & oatmeal. Didn't eat any oatmeal on that trip but the French toast was a hit. My recipe: sourdough bread, eggs, vanilla, milk and Simply Organic's Ceylon Cinnamon. I cooked it with ghee in a cast iron skillet on the camp stove. Yum. Very high quality, has health benefits tastes great and is an ingredient I frequently use.Ceylon cinnamon is often called "true cinnamon" for good reason. cinnamon is cinnamon correct? Well if your trying to find this particular cinnamon for health reasons you'll shop around until you find it. With no luck in my area was I going to find organic Ceylon cinnamon.... So here's what I did. I tried others with some success..but if Ceylon is the one all the drs suggest then how much better will my results be? Give me a few days or weeks and I'll give you a update. Has cinnamon lowered my sugar numbers YES.

As far as rating a product there aren’t very many things you can rate on this item. For me it starts with the taste and the consistency of the “Grind” of the contents. It is a fine powder which is what I wanted and the flavor is just right. The jar it comes in is nice and the size of the holes are good. Occasionally when you are the shaking the cinnamon out it will slow down if you aren’t shaking the jar, which is pretty standard for a fine powder spice in this type of a jar.

Ceylon Cinnamon is hard to find but is lower in coumarin than Cassia Cinnamon which is much more prevalent and less expensive. Coumarin in large quantities can be toxic, so I decided to switch to Ceylon Cinnamon. The powder is finer and the taste is less bold and more complex than that of Cassia Cinnamon. Amazon's price for this Ceylon Cinnamon is lower than I've seen elsewhere, and it is nice to have a ready source of this harder-to-find cinnamon variety.

This cinnamon is the BEST! I will never by the regular grocery store cinnamon again after discovering all the benefits of Ceylon cinnamon. This cinnamon tastes better, is better for you and definitely has a good effect on blood sugar levels. I will buy from this vendor again. 👍🏼

Genuine ,taste like it

Works great, has an easy to shake cap, good cinnamon flavor, tastes fresh. Great health benefits for blood sugar, I put in my coffee every morning. Gives a nice flavor!

Just started using Amazon and so far I love it, my orders are usually here in a couple of days just as they say, and I'm one of those ppl who have no patience to wait so it's great for me..I highly recommend it..
