Given a nice breeze, this kite lives up to its name! Easy Flyer, indeed!Having not flown a kite for nearly twenty years, I was looking for a quick to assemble, easy to fly kite to take to Kitty Hawk, NC on vacation. The kite assembled in literally five seconds, and with a quick bit of knot tying, we were up and away. Really brought out a child-like wonder for my wife and I! The kite was really unbelievably easy to fly (particularly in our very much ideal wind conditions - the Wright brothers knew what they were doing coming to the Outer Banks!), and even took off on its own a time or two when it landed right side up. Also, the design is well done and easily visible up in the sky at the very end of its string!Only downside to the whole thing was that with my rudimentary knots, the rivet for the string attachment started to pull through the thin material. After some retying, the problem was eliminated, but, like any kite, its not the most durable thing in the world.I'd happily buy this kit again, and feel like it is definitely a five-star product!

okay, the kite is pretty big, but i got it for its reputation of being airborne easily. and it was easy. we even took it out on a very, very windy day, and the kite behaved perfectly, though it was tough to hold. i've since bought the 50# string which also has a sturdier spool.this kite will surely be the envy of others, so be nice when you fly it, especially around other kids. uh, sorry about the lack of "helpfulness" of this review, but the kite works like it should. no need for a running start and do an impression of charlie brown - just have someone let go a little further away, then hold on tight. if you're a parent, spend a few extra bucks and get this kite, thus eliminating all frustrations.

Have not used them yet but they look adorable and the kids loved the cat. Update: We just used these and they are great. Very easy to set up and fly. Our kids had a great time and my husband was surprised that the kites didn't shred because it was really windy when we used these. Easy to store away also which makes setting up and taking the kites down easy. Lots of people made comments about the kites at the beach and thought they were so cute.

This kite came without instructions in what appeared to be second-hand packaging. I ordered the pig kite from a different seller for $10 LESS and it is MUCH better quality (a different material altogether) and came with the Premier Kites packaging. The pig kite also included a larger handle with more string and heavier string. I am not convinced this is actually a Premier Kite and do not feel I got my moneys worth at all. This is not a $27 kite. Buy the pig kite for $16 and get a better kite that will last.

This kite easy to put together and has been easy to get up into the air. The design is fun. Downsides are that holes have worn into places where the rods end. I've had to sew them back up. Not sure if that is just a kite thing because they need to be made of light-weight material (my kids are also hard on things) or if it is a failing of this particular kite. Bottom line is that I'm pretty happy with this kite and I'd likely buy another one from this seller the next time I need one.

Diamond kites are great when you want something practically launches itself, and stays aloft even in light winds. This kite does that - and is easy to assemble in less than a minute. A great kite for a casual day at the park, suitable for kids and adults (though kids will probably need help launching most any kite).

I received wrong item. Kite was small, cheap imitation of of the kite shown in the picture. The streamers on the wings were yellow instead of red and the blue was dark blue instead of sky blue as shown in the picture. I returned mine and placed replacement order from different seller.

Purchased this Kite for use at the beach and at parks. Used in haavy winds with no problems. Very much enjoyed this kite. Easy to fly and you can do simple tricks with it. It folds up easily so its not hard to store or transport. I would reccomend purchasing a spool instead of using the enclosed string. However, the enclosed string is a good quality. Well worth the money. I feel confident it will last many summers.
