This is a single watch winder. It can rotate in clockwise, anti-clockwise and bi-directional modes. The motor is very quiet. Up to five units can be daisy-chained together. The number of turns is set by "+", "-" buttons. The settings are visible on an LCD panel. The watch sits on a compressible pad and it can accommodate large watches. I currently use it with a 42mm watch and there's plenty of room to spare. The watch pad has to be pressed firmly into the aperture and you should hear two clicks as the clip on each side of the pad seats firmly. I have not had a watch fall out but you do have to be careful to ensure that the watch/pad is seated properly. The unit seems to be well made with a glass front place. The advantage of the range of turn settings makes this unique. Is it worth more than a 50 USD versa winder? Perhaps not, but the ability to stack multiple units and use only one wall wart for five units makes it very convenient. If you have a large watch collection with different winding needs then this is a very good winder.

This winder is excellent and you can daisy chain multiple units and easily mechanically connect them with a slide-in coupling, as well. You can vary the shape of an array of winders to fit your storage. The styling is also excellent and very attractive. The printed and on-line documentation is somewhat unclear and I had to go to the knowledge base for clarification. Otherwise I would have rated the winder as 5 stars.

This is not the first time I have purchased this product, as they are meant to be able to be assembled into larger units as your watch collection grows. This ability is what attracted me in the first place, but it also helps that it is very well made, runs very quietly (less expensive watch winders can keep you up at might!), and you have the ability to determine the direction of rotation (clockwise, counter-clockwise, or both) and the number of rotations each day, which is the proper way to keep a quality automatic watch wound. I've been very happy with these winders and would continue to buy them if I needed more.

Clearly my experience is different from many others who have reviewed this product but since Amazon asked for my experience here it is.The Wolf 4.1 winder arrived exquisitely packed in a very nice presentation box. The fit and finish of the product appeared first rate and it was very simple and intuitive to use, however the point at which everything went tragically wrong was when I tried to use the buttons below the readout to adjust the rotations per minute. There are two buttons, one for up and one for down. The rubber button that covers the up button was clearly offset and half of it was stuck underneath the face of the winder. The down button appeared normal but it was proud of the face inverse of the up being recessed in the face. They were not evenly set into the face of the winder and, more to the point, neither button worked. So I packed it back up in its very nice presentation box and shipped it back to Amazon. Then I ordered an Orbita.Your mileage may vary.

I have been using the Wolf Viceroy triple watch winder for years and love it. The Module 4.1 looks more contemporary with the same quality as the Viceroy. It runs very quietly. The modular design is just can't be beaten. I have two now and looking forward to add more when the time is right. I didn't give it a five star because of the watch cuff. It can be hard to get it in or out of rotator drum since the overall housing is tighter. I also wish the cuff is designed to fit both man and lady watches without the need to buy the smaller cuff separately.

Awesome winder system. I pieced together six into a solid six watch winder system. The winder offers variable TPD settings, CW, CCW or Bi winding direction, and my favorite feature, a start delay in six hour increments, allowing some of the stored energy to dissipate from the main spring before winding begins. They are silent when turning. The only thing to be aware of is the flashing status LED - it is not very bright and isn't an issue even though the six units are in our bedroom.I like the fact that now, when I get another automatic, I can just buy a single winder and expand my system.

The winder works very well and is very quiet. My two biggest problems with the winder is how the front door has to be taken off to open it. Very inconvenient and really not a smart design. Why they wouldn't make this on a hinge is a really mystery for something this expensive. My biggest complaint though is with the cushion. I have a 7 inch wrist which isn't super small but my watch would not fit on the winder. I contacted Wolf and had to purchase a smaller pillow for $15. I received the smaller pillow and the watch still barely fits, it's very tight. When you take the watch off or on the pillow you knock it against the side tabs causing scratches. Definitely disappointed with this winder after hearing nothing but positive reviews on Wolf.

Have this same model already and connected they look awesome. Will get another when I purchase my next automatic.
