Great versatility, great ice packs till they spring a leak. Great customer care.
Love the size and versatility of this wrap. I used it mostly on my elbow and wrist occasionally. You do need help to put it on but I have family for that. So it can be difficult if you don't have someone to help. Sadly the ice packs started leaking within 3 months. But I was using them nearly every day. They stayed cold for about an hour, while some other ones I got barely last 30 mins. Just wish I could buy the ice packs separately for replacement and wouldn't mind getting another one of these wraps in the future.Update: the company read my review and sent me a whole new wrap with Ice packs so I'm very impressed with thier customer care. Changed me review from 3 to 5 for that.

Great Product, Great Customer Service.
I'd purchased this for my wife, who was recently diagnosed with De Quervain's Tenosynovitis, and then two weeks ago had her release surgery for it. We appreciate that there are two ice packs with this wrap, so that my wife was able to alternate between the two; we also appreciate how cold it gets and lasts while in use.It seems that each PhysioNatural product comes with a little prize scratch off (at least, for the 3 separate products I've recently purchased), with PhysioNatural having been incredibly helpful and accommodating after emailing them the winning code. (In this specific case/order, I was given a free Aromatherapy Eye Mask. Haven't used it yet, but it looks like it will be comfortable and handy later on.)Overall, both the product, as well as customer service have been really great - Cheers!

Great for joint swelling and stability!
I found this product after I suffered a wrist sprain. At first I was just using an ice pack for relief from swelling, but not having a free hand was annoying. This was really helpful for reducing the swelling while keeping my good hand free. The ice packs are great, the strap is very versatile, overall a very useful product.

Not only therapy for the wrist!
Very sturdy strong material which will last a long time. Also a good strong Velcro which holds nicely so you don't need to Readjust constantly like the cheaper ones. Also I like the that it is like an Ace bandage style so that means I could decide where to place the the wrap not only on my wrist( I use it for my elbow) it does come with a thumb hole so if you plan on using it for wrist it's even more convenient. I only used it for cold since I don't have a microwave in my small apt. But it held the cold real nice. Would definitely recommend this to others .Edited: can't believe I forgot the most important part it comes with two separate packs that I can use at the same time across the length or use one at a time and swap it when you feel the need.

Does the job, but could definitely be better.
I purchased this cooling wrap to help with inflammation after wrist surgery and physical therapy. I've used it almost every day for the last few months, and though there are a lot of things to like, there are significant design flaws. I will continue to use it because, frankly, it does what I need it to do and I already paid for it. However, I don't think I would purchase it again or recommend it to a friend.Pros:- Stays cold for a little over 30 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for my use- Soft material that doesn't irritate my scar site- Works on both hands and can be wrapped to focus the cold on the front or back of the hand- Can be used on other areas of the bodyCons:- Wraps very unevenly and has gap areas between the cool packs, which means about two inches in the middle of the wrap are not cold. This gap causes a "buckle" when continuing to wrap around the arm, keeping the ice pack from reaching the skin (you can see this in the photos I included)- Can actually be so cold coming out of the freezer that I have to use a barrier, usually a long sleeve jacket with thumb holes, to keep from damaging my skin.-Too clunky and loose to be able to use while doing other activities

Best Ice Pack
per my wife:I'm a new mom, and I've developed a bad case of tendonitis in my wrist. I've been using random ice packs I had at home, but hated icing, because they would never stay in place, wouldn't stay as cold as I'd like, and I couldn't do anything while icing. I came across this ice pack and use it several times a day because it has given me so much relief, and it's so versatile! The ice packs stay cold, and the wrap that comes with it is so comfy and stretchy. I love the fact it comes with 2 ice packs and they're easily removable from the sleeves. The hole for the thumb area is great so that i can wrap the pack easily on my hand and wrist. The velcro is super strong, and it stays in place so I can be mobile and not worry about moving it out of its place. For someone who hated icing, I now look forward to it, because it has helped the inflammation in my wrist. You can use it for different parts of the body per the instructions that come with it as well. That's why I'll be purchasing another one to have on hand.

Good Product
I like this product from PhysioNatural. It is well made. I use it for my right hand carpal tunnel pain that I get once in a while. I take three Advil pills daily in the mornings and I wear this wrist ice pack wrap for about 20 minutes on and off for a couple of days and the pain goes away. I like the product because it covers a lot of area and because I can put my thumb through the hole it has to keep it in place. I also like that it can be use on both hands in case that in the future I need to use it on my left hand. I have even been able to use it on other parts of my body that are painful from inflammation.
