The brush is good. Only problem I observed is the cleaner comes out from the main body very easily while using.So I need to remove the cleaner and then use.

Poor quality product. Don't buy it.
The media could not be loaded. Harsh bristles, once the round tips of the bristles fall off, the brush hurts the scalp like hell, they're very sharp like iron needles. Waste of money, don't buy this product. This brush lasted for about 2 months before it's rounded tips began falling off exposing the harsh bristles.
