Quality of the product is amazing.The rotating joint is very smooth and sturdy. Never felt like cheap or filmsy.With our always under construction road, the device was held firm with the magnetic plate on the bumpy rides.I will advice you to have the plate attached to a case rather than directly on the device.Overall am satisfied with the purchase and it is going to be inside my car for long.For consI didn't find any yet, I will update it here if through my usage I find any fault or loose ends. Till then good product.I was skeptical for the price but turned out to be worth the little premium price tag.

Excellent quality and build. Worth the price.Bought this product as it was mentioned in the description that it can hold mobile even with a leather case and the gel pad does not come off due to the hot sun, I was little skeptical about this. But actually, it holds the phone securely with the leather case and can withstand the hot sun.Have mounted it on my windshield and my car is parked in the hot sun but the mount has not fallen even once. The magnets are so strong and hold my Oneplus with thick leather case securely even when my car has bumped on the potholes numerous times.I am really happy with the quality of the magnet and the gel pad.

I have purchasedTech Sense Lab (Australia) Magback Luxe Multimount - Magnetic Car Mobile Phone Holder, one Touch 360° Rotating. Upgraded 2018 Model for All Smartphones …at Rs 1089 /- thought it will be something different from the less expensive ones ... So, to find out the difference I have purchased the following at the little less than 1/3 price of this one.Skudgear 360 Degree Rotatable Magnetic Car Phone Holder for Dashboard (Includes Magnetic Metal Plates) - Rs 349/-.Both are as of the same quality and in working, also both has 3M stikers.......... I didn't any thing found the reason for being expensive.I suggest to go with the later one don't pay 3much !!! 2 stars only for excessive cost !!

Overall very good product for the price you are paying. There is some difficulties to fix this to the a/c vent. It is because of the compactness of the product anyway. The one problem I found with this mount is kind of getting loose at the ball joint. It does't get tight properly and I don't want use more strength on that fitting. It works any way. I am using it for my One Plus 5T with Ringke protective casing. What I found is that if you drive your car without slowing down through the pot holes, phone will be in the holder but it may tempt to loose its position depending on the way you put it on the holder. I didn't experience any fall down. So I really recommend this product.

There was no manual which is very common as per video in YouTube.There was no cloth for cleaning. Which is a must in the packet. No both side adhesive tape.This is practically used one and finding me a bigger full delivered to me. Want to replace it.

I have tried quite a few products. The suction cup based models, however good company they come from are not fool proof. Over time they suddenly fall down whilst driving. I then decided to buy the one that fits to the AC vent. After multiple review bought the ZAAP Easy Vent 3rd Gen. Whilst this was good, the clip on is still not the best as over time this also falls down and finally it broke.I finally bought Magback with a thought that I could return if it looked flimsy. I am really happy primarily for 2 things - The clips that attach to the vent are very good. Additionally there is a way to tighten it rather than just clip. By tightening there is no way the clip will fall. Secondly the magnet part is very good and rock solid once it latches. Also the good part is since there is no holding brackets it looks like floating in the air and hence easy to attach or detach.Overall very pleased.

I Tested this on the worst Roads which are on the Outskirts of Mumbai, The Roads were so Bad that after coming back i had to send my Car for a Suspension Overhaul, But Not once Did my Phone drop or Moved, it was strongly holding my phone... I have used so many phone holders, Suction type, Vent mount, this is the Best one for Indian Roads, Hands Down...If Someone is Hesitating to buy this, You have my Vote of Approval.

it is really good product.. quality is good. very easy to use.. the biggest problem with magnetic mobile holders are they come out from car's AC grill with mobile or magnet is so week that don't hold the phone properly.this one has good grip and additional bolt to hold it on.I installed it today in my car and Very happy with look too.. go for it..
