looks great
I cant tell if it does absorb any sound, but it looks good and installs well.

Nice sound barrier
These are a great sound barrier. We moved into an empty apartment and put some of these up near where my roommate makes music. He gives the musicalengineer approval!

Needed a small finishing nail to hold
I love the way they look around the microwave niche - techno contemporary and clean. Definitely reduced the annoying sound of the microwave. The sticking back did not hold on the walls and I had to place them all again the next day, adding one finishing nail to the center of each still-sticky panel. I can't even see the small nail and now they stay in place perfectly. Couldn't have been easier to install, except that I tried to rely solely on the sticking backs at first attempt.

Looks amazing and does a great job (update 6 months later)
Update #3Over a year later and the adhesive is still holding up better than I expected. My tiles are packed together very tightly and in most cases they are slightly overlapped. I was expecting these slight overlaps to create an issue with them staying on the wall but it has not been an issue whatsoever. I purchased more of these in December to finish a couple spots and they are still the exact same quality as before.Update #2My installation is not perfect but the desired esthetic has been achieved in my “Game Space”. My wife and I hang out and play games while listening to music at any level and we don’t bother the kids nor the neighbors. Two things that should be said here 1) The Game Space door has panels on the outside as well as the inside, and yes, this is just a big walk-in closet so the actual room’s door has panels on the inside of it as well for triple insulated doors. 2) The “room” is over the garage so the sound is already pretty well removed from the general living quarters. We have a 10” bass bin and although the bass does make it through to the outside at midnight when all is quiet except for us blasting the music no one is going to hear it from inside of their own home. The hexagons create some pretty cool lighting effects but my video showing this didn’t get approved. I am using 6 Philips Hue Play bars and 4 Philips Hue 100W bulbs sync’ed to music or the game video to create our private disco. Pretty Sweet IMO!Update: #1I am really impressed with these panels still. They reduce the sound and look great when covering a portion of a wall (I have both). The adhesive is holding up really well on my ceiling mounted panels as well.Just make sure that you get them right the first time. Lifting them off the wall will cause the adhesive material to separate from the panel some just like any other self-sticking panel out there. Obviously, they will stick better to water based matte paint versus oil based high-gloss paint. I have tried other brands and this brand performs just as well as the other more expensive 12-packs.

Good support and product. Use with a plan of action
The product's support team and CEO are amazing! After posting the mistakes I made below, they reached out directly to me and provided absolute customer service! If you are seeking out their products, look at all of their product lines, and maybe contact them first. They can assist in getting you the best design version of their products to suit your needs, offers a variety of colors, and advise you on how to cover your desired walls in the best methods possible. My mistakes:The product went onto the wall as expected. There are two problems. First, the audio quality in the room stayed the same. I covered over 1/2 of one wall and 1/4 of the other in the corner. I should have covered more wall space. I could still hear echoing behind me, even though these panels should have absorbed the sounds. Second, the hexagon design looked rather dull very quickly. When I attempted to remove them from the wall, the adhesive stayed, and the panel ripped away. Now, I have adhesive residue all over two textured walls.Feedback:Could you put that disclaimer on the pamphlet with the panels to heed caution if using in a plastered drywall environment?

Worked great, but ruined my walls
I found this product great for the few months I used it. When it was time to move I presumed some damage would occur but didn’t know it would truly ruin brand new walls. It’s taking me about 20 minutes per tile to remove carefully and I’ve even used a steamer to help from tugging then off as well as a plastic scraper tool. I’ve been at this for hours with probably another 8 to go to remove all 100.If you care about the walls, rent or want to save yourself the headache later- just attach them without the adhesive and maybe nail or command adhesive them on. Maybe you will have a tiny hole over these giant chunks in a brand new space.
