Make sure you charge it up properly. It does get warm but give it time. And certainly does what it says in the advert.

I’ve changed my review as first few uses it just gave a mist & no heat, however, yes it does heat up a little bit, I wouldn’t say enough to be able to soften oils to treat dry eye. You have to have it running a while & keep the device over your eye which traps in the mist which then condenses & leaks down your cheeks!It is a little soothing & yes I probably will give this a good length of time to try. So far my recommendation is so/so, not good & not bad!

At first it seemed like a good product for the relief of dry eyes but the heating element stopped working after only the second use.

I’ve been using this little eye steamer and the steam is actually cold. I thought it would be warmer the more you pushed the select buttons. I tried to ask seller but I can’t seem to find anywhere to ask them. Chat won’t let me type in my question 😩

It works but make sure to have a towel handy . I have since bought a heated eye mask
