Breast cancer survivor but not sure it’s wise to use
Really think this helped my menopause symptoms but stopped using as I feel I really should seek out professional advice as I’ve had breast cancer and I think it’s unwise to continue using.

Quality item but does not sink into skin as easily as I hoped
Bought as I had run out of prescription progesterone. Its hard to say of it was a useful alternative. Perhaps if you aren't on HRT then you will notice the difference.I am extremely grateful that this product exists ans I will continue to use it on the days when I can't take my prescription meds ( as they require empty stomach) However...it doesn't sink into the skin very easily. I spent ages trying to rub one pump into my wrist but gave up and slathered it across my entire inner arm

Headaches
Unfortunately this gave me bad headaches so I had to stop using. I used daily for about 3 weeks and suffered bad headaches when I woke each morning until mid afternoon. I stopped using and the headaches went away.
