The case does not line up with the NVDigi Ext. Adapter Board
The RCA and the Optical output do not line up with the side panel of the Case. But, I can modify the panel and make it work! If they advertise the Case for a Raspberry pi 5, it should fit with most Arduino Hats, but in this case it doesn’t. Also, the Pillars are blocked by the screw hole metal attachments, and this makes it hard to tighten the pillars down. The case is well made with the except of these small design defects.

A Perfect Pi Case
My Pi 5 fits perfectly in this case, and there is room to add additional boards, such as a small video screen or a fan. This is precisely made. The board sits in the case perfectly snug, and all the cutouts match precisely to the ports on the board. I also like the integrated little metal flap that lines up perfectly with the Pi's on/off switch. I love this case.

tight internal fit
The best thing about this case is the unique power button. It is a flex structure which makes pushing the tiny built in power button on the Pi 5 much easier if you have fat clumsy fingers like mine. This case uses too many screws in my opinion. Some of the sides that don't need to be removable could have been bent from other sides.I used an NVME HAT to mount a 2280 size M.2 drive inside the case. It just barely fits without the cover, but adding the cover would interfere with the drive at the screw end and short out the socket at that end.The cover can be made compatible by removing the center portion of the bent lap joint on both ends of the cover. This allows it to go around the drive while the remainder of the lap joint locates the cover on the base. This feature could and should be built into the case as the bent lip will interfere with other HATs as well. All that is required is 4 small bent ears at the corners (preferably outside the PI footprint) to locate the cover.

Versitile
This case is specifically made for use with a DigiAMP+ hat but it's really just a well made case that lets you use a hat and you have holes and vents in the sides. And course it has all the appropriate holes for the Pi. That's how I'm using it, I've got an M.2 hat and it's perfect for that. One thing to note is this does not come with an active cooler, you'll need to bring your own.

Thin Metal. Easily Flexes.
I am NOT convinced that this metal cage offers anymore protection than say something plastic. I nearly broke off 1 of the metal tabs while inspecting it for the first time. I wasn't handling it roughly or trying to stress the material in anyway. From first impressions, it's a 3 for me.

nice box with lots of head room
I use this to allow for other hats that breakout all the GPIO pins to a screw terminal and it works out just fine. plenty of ventilation and room. good price for a metal case. would recommend.
