EFOWooden Plate - Beech Wood Serving Platter - Great Option as Serving Tray, Cheese Board or Fruit Bowl (Round 23cm)

The wood has no seams, cracks, or chips... It seems to be perfectly crafted.It is smooth but not polished, so it is ready to be customized or sealed.I am using this for a laser engraving project, for which it is a perfect candidate.It is about the size of a small plate at about 9 inches across.Very Nice!

Well, if this was half the price, I might recommend it. First, the size. For $20 it should be much bigger. It is smaller than a dinner plate, more the size of a salad plate. Not big enough to be considered a serving platter. Second, while it is evenly cut and thick, the edges are a little rough. I will go over them with a fine sandpaper before I decorate it.Like I said, if it was $10 or less, I would recommend it, but not for the current price.

Quality of this seems fine, it took a washing without any issues. The lip of the plate is almost a little sharp. But it does have that nice little lip to contain food. It's a nice flat surface, all the way to the lip. It'll do nicely for small snacks.Note about the size, the description reads 23 cm, which is accurate. However, it's called a "Serving Platter", and platter by definition is "a large flat dish or plate". This is not a large size. It's the size of a salad plate. Great for serving a smaller snack.

The simple wood platter is nicely made with a bit of a rim and easy to see natural wood grain. It looks like it will be ideal for serving soft cheeses, and that it's not too big, and will really highlight the various cheese wedges and small rounds that we would put out on this platter with some cheese knives. But it would work for a ride of other things especially since it has a bit of a rim to keep things from rolling off it such as cherry tomatoes. Just keep in mind that it is not that big, about 9 in across

This plate is handsome and rugged with natural wood grain that looks and feels like red oak than beech. It could also use a final, once-over with a finer grit sand paper but that is a matter of preference. The size of this of this plate however is not large enough to be considered a serving plate. It's roughly the same size as my salad plates.
