My 4 year old grandson helped me assemble. Gave him the wrench him how to use. The orange straps were not long enough (my branch must be higher than average) so I had to procure additional strapping. EVERYTHING else we needed was supplied. The kids love it.

We are all having fun with this new addition to the play set! Seems very study even with the weight of an adult. I would highly recommend buying a swivel to use with it for lots of spinning fun. Apparently, it can also be used to swing your child to sleep (with a popsicle still in their mouth...) so that's a bonus.

I've bought two of these swings for my Grandchildren and would buy it again. However, I feel everyone should know not to trust the safety straps that you wrap around the tree. We had it less than a month and the straps we're ripped almost completely apart. We replaced them with a tow strap you use to tow big trucks or tractors so the problem is solved. Just know you can't trust the straps. My Grandchildren are all 5 and under so the weight limit was never exceeded.

Bought two different brands , this one was more expensive and under built compared to the other. Not bad but the other was so much better we sent this one back

My grand kids love this swing!!I bought it for my 3 year old grNd daughters birthday and as soon as it was hung all the kids enjoyed from ages 3 on up to 11 yrs old. The swing is attractive as well as sturdy, they can lay or sit in it , two kids fit easily on it the same time, pushing it or spinning comes easy. I am buying another one next spring for my other grnd kids. I definately reccomend this swing!!

Kids love it! Pretty easy to assemble (mostly). It was a little tricky getting the pieces to fit together but really not bad. It’s sturdy and great quality! I like that it comes with all of the parts needed to hang it up. We replaced the baby swing we had up with this one and it fits all of the kids on it that come over to play. :) Super happy with this purchase!

The kids love this swing. We had some early issues with the straps, and we ended up buying replacements. Trailblaze was amazing, the way they reached out to resolve the problem. They ended up reimbursing our purchase of the new straps. This was over and above my expectations. The kids still love the swing!

I want to start out by saying TrailBlaze customer service has been absolutely amazing. However the product is a huge disappointment. We have been sent two swings and we have been unable to assemble either of them. The rope netting has so much tension there is no way to stretch it to assemble the outer metal tubing pieces. The last two sections of tubing overlap by about 7” and are possible to pull apart to connect. I contacted customer service after we were unable to assemble the first swing and they immediately contacted me back. I thought it was just a defect in the one we received because I only saw a couple other reviews where customers had the same problem. They sent out a free replacement but unfortunately we had the same issue with the tension in the ropes making it impossible to connect the tubes. We even asked for help from two neighbors and three men were unable to assemble it. Trailblazer immediately refunded our money within 24 hours.
