Been using these for years
I’ve been collecting coins for over 30 years and started using Air-tite coin holders back then to protect the first silver eagles I ever purchased. They are still my first choice to protect valuable coins. They provide great protection (literally air tight) while still allowing for your coin to be admired. They may cost a few dollars more than other coin holders but don’t skimp and end up with an inferior product. I will continue to use these for years to come! Highly recommended!

A Perfect Fit for the 22mm British Gold Sovereign Coin
A perfect fit. I bought this with the black foam ring around the inside diameter for 22 millimeter diameter British Gold Sovereign coins that are just under a quarter ounce in weight. You just have to make sure that you carefully wipe/wash/blow out all of the dust, hair or fingerprint smears on the interior and exterior of the capsules, because once you put a coin inside and press the two capsule sides together, it is EXTREMELY difficult to separate/pry them open again without scratching and damaging the capsule.

Ordered these to store 8 gram gold Pandas and am very pleased with how well they fit these coins. The black ring holds the coins tightly in place with zero rattling, and the case itself snaps closed and is virtually impossible to open again without a knife. Just the kind of protection I was looking for.

Does not fit 1/4 oz gold AE
Much to my surprise the ringed capsules did not fit a 1/4 oz gold American Eagle. The coin is 22 mm diameter. The 1/4 oz gold Britannia is also 22 mm and it fit fine. The black ring is simply too small for the AE. Disappointed.

Holders were crystal clear and free of defects. Communication with vendor was excellent and will be purchasing more. I've tried others and found some holders to be inferior with blemishes and fingerprints. These were packaged nicely and spotless. A+
