Great taste. Hard to use sparingly.

So I bought this and the honey, both are good, but this is not very hot as compared to the honey. I used the maple for Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends and it was outstanding. I also used in the a pot of baked beans and it was very good. Nice Maple Flavoring with a hint of spice, I could actually use it hotter.

The ginger does not overpower the sweet maple taste. A great combination. Goes well drizzled on ice cream, strawberries, and of course, waffles or pancakes.

This has a great flavor but the size is very deceptive. It is a mini bottle maybe 3 inches tall.

The special flavors are a treat. It's hard to improve on maple but Trees Knees did it. The bottling is well done and would have made a terrific gift but the windowed box arrived crushed and filthy which is an Amazon shipping issue. If possible I would purchase from Trees Knees directly so your order arrives in good shape.

Good flavor and vegan. Though I like it, it is quite expensive through here so only purchased once through here and otherwise purchase at a local discount store. I really like the butter taste without having to add butter or even organic vegan butter. I use this to sweeten my overnight oats and it adds a great little flavor similar to cinnamon and brown sugar.

I like the taste of the coffee maple I made jerky out of it it had a sweet taste with som chiles
