Good brand and good product
I had other ProBreeze products (fans) and this De humidifier is added to my collection to put in the en-suite bedroom with higher humidity, It is not too noisy although I only turn on a few hours before I go to bed. It collects about one inch of water in the container which is very efficient.

Good Machine but hard to change the air filter
I like the device very well. Its a beast machine which draws the moisture and collects it in the tank. The laundry mode is a great way to dry the washed clothes really fast. No bad smell to clothes..only one problem i am facing now is, i dont have an option to change the air filter since i am residing in Ireland. The company doesn’t deliver the filter here. Thats the only concern for me with this product. Other than that the machine is a beast.

Has reduced the humidity in our cellar
Wow, it’s made such a big difference to our cellar. Smell gone in less than 24 hours. The 20ltr was full by the end of the day of using it.

Helped to dry out walls
This has worked very well. We had a problem with the chimney pot falling off and the chimney brickwork falling to bits. This allowed water into the cavity. Having got this fixed, we were left with damp walls with some mould. We cleaned the mould off and used the dehumidifier to dry out the two rooms. This has worked very well with humidity reduced from around 70% to 35% and removing 1.5-2 litres of water a day. This has taken about 3 weeks. We will continue for another week or two until the walls are completely dry. We will then monitor with hygrometers over the summer.Only very slight problems with the machine are that the power wire tends to stop the water container being easily withdrawn and replaced. Also the display seems upside down - i.e. you need to view the display from the front of the machine where the air is rushing out rather than from the back.

Works really well! no more mouldy room. works amazing. However I dont think it works well with dusts because I still feel that our room is dusty.

Terrible performance
disliked product from day one, a noisy unit you cant sleep with, growling, grumpy rattling compressor that worked like it was in a race for two days then stopped working all together. see pictures regardless of settings unit just kept freezing up, because it kept freezing up it leaked all over the new flooring, contacted manufacturer who gave me instructions to turn off compressor and high speed the fan, that did defrost unit but we had to sit it on a towel. but then during ordinary use, high use or even machine automatic use it just kept freezing up. contacted manufacturer again, who said after emptying unit bucket that had collected water leave for 30 minutes, ok did that, and guess what, after 30 minute rest 40 minutes use revealed it just froze up again in automatic mode. its expensive compared to most, and it gobbles 400 watts of electricity, it is expensive to buy, expensive to run, and has been a complete wate of time, sent back got a refund after 4 days of aggravation. amazon were good to take back, i think it was just unbelievably faulty, tried all different things trying to avoid sending it back, it just froze up every time, it even started developing a snow feature on the front of the unit, sorry getting a refund. disappointed it had a good write up that's why we bought it, going to choose a different make and model.
