I've been taking this Omega-3 supplement for several weeks now, and I'm genuinely satisfied with the results. I get fishy burps pretty consistently unless I take them with a full meal. Not a huge deal, but worth noting if that bothers you. Still planning to keep taking them!

I did not like this at first. I kept getting the fishy burps after taking it. But the secret is to make sure you eat with your meal. You can still taste it but it’s less potent and digests better in my opinion. I take 1 lunch and 1 during dinner.I think it’s been helping my inflammation but I also take vitamin D with this supplement. My muscles have been less tense after a couple of weeks of taking it everyday.

Great value for the quantity. Take two a day and does the job. Does leave a fishy aftertaste though. Will purchase again.
