This is great alarm clock. I have been using it for about a 3 week and it works perfectly fine.First of all, let me say that you can use this device even without mobile app, but after you connect it to the app, using it becomes tefold easier. Conecting to the app may take some time, as you have to connect it to the wifi router than mobile phone, but after around 5-10 minutes of trying connection was established and the device was displayed in my mobile app.As for the device itself, you choose at what time you want it to ring and it will do that. Colors are beautiful, and you can easyly chagne them using mobile app. Clock is displayed 24/7, and built in sounds are quite comforting too.I tottally reccomend this clock.

Luckily I never turned off my child's other alarm, because this one never turned up after I set it up in the app.I'm a millennial and software developer, so it's not like I don't know how to use apps. I bought this specifically so I could control it with an app, so it's annoying that it doesn't work.I have a manual one that I use daily and had no problems setting up, so it's not that I don't understand how they work, it's that the app doesn't work with the alarm clock.

It is a good alarm clock with bright colorful light. It's a bit bigger than it looks, which is perfectly fine. To use the full features of this alarm clock, you need the download and install the companion app, NexiGo Home, into your phone. For basic functions, you can use the buttons to set time, alarm, brightness, light ad sleep settings. The light is pretty bright and enough to light the surrounding area. You can choose different colors, whiteness and RGB. There are predefined music / sound selections you can pick to wake you up. You can have up to 4 alarms with its own schedule, sound, brightness and snooze duration. Overall, it's a well round alarm clock. You can create smart automation tasks based on local weather, temperature, sun rise/set, schedule, device status change, etc. You need to enter your home address for these features to work. One drawback to me personally is the Time display LEDs, I wish I can change the color and its brightness to fit my personal preference. But it is a good value modern alarm clock with some advanced features if you're looking for one.

Pros:- App is very easy to figure out and use to set up and adjust settings on the clock- I like that the clock itself also has buttons so I don't have to use the app to turn the light, alarm, etc. on/off if I don't want to- Tons of customization options for all features (alarm, light)Cons:- Took a few tries to connect the clock to the app- Clock time display could be slightly larger- Option to customize clock display (color, brightness) and color of alarm light would be nice

Can't program manually ..won't link to alexa as promised... JUNK! Unfortunately my kitten chewed up the box so I can't return it...Just Don't buy it...I'm not technically incapable of working through this either... this is a piece of crap...
