I've never let my stubble grow out to anything close to remotely resembling a beard. But due to Shelter In place here in California I took the opportunity to let it grow out; after all I had nowhere to go but my sofa-home office-kitchen-back deck-bed-repeat. A few weeks in I knew I needed something just not sure what. I also had zero clue that there would be a plethora of products out there. After several, ok a dozen or so google searches ("best beard oil etc") I narrowed my choices to a select few. I'm pretty good with flow charts, hey ok, maybe I got obsessive but as I said, I have been in lock down mood since March, so allow me my flow chart tangent. That all being said my choice was clear: Seven Potions. Sweet and Woody Scented Beard Softener was the winner........................fast forward weeks later and all I can say is wow! Did I make the right choice: easy to use droplet, great smell, keeps beard in control, moisturizes my skin, itching has ceased to exist and being in advertising designer the packaging is awesome. Bravo! The product is spot on brilliant! ok, rant over, but this stuff is good......the end.

As soon as the package came in i opened it right away and gave the oil a try. I found that this pil has a rustic woodsy not overpowering scent to it and i love the sandalwood. It left my beard spft and not itchy for quite some time and only used 3 drops so i know this will be on my shelf for a while. When you receive the Seven Potions package it feels as if you are getting a premium product and not because you read that. The time spent in the packaging, the logo and customer care follow up makes me realize why this a top pick on so many reviewers websites. I would recommend this to anyone who asked along with the balm. I will wanting to get the wash next, maybe Seven Potions should send me one to try ;). Thanks Seven Potions.

My favorite of the Seven Potions line up. This stuff smells great and makes my face feel good. I don’t have beard itch naturally, so that’s not an issue for me. But this stuff makes my beard so soft and full looking. Check my other Seven Potions reviews, the others in this line leave something to be desired. This one is quite nice. The smell is the best of the whole line up. The other products are not consistently nice smelling. The balm smells pungent, the shampoo smells ok but not the same, the beard wax doesn’t smell strongly of anything, the hair styling clay smells entirely different (and not very good at all)... see what I mean? I dig this stuff though. I’ll probably continue using it unless I can find something that smells better and doesn’t make my skin crawl.

It's okay, smells nothing like it's advertised but conditions really well, not greasy and brings out the softness. But I like oils that also have a good scent in addition to conditioning my beard.

This stuff works amazing. Keeps my beard feeling nice and soft. I bought the seven potions beard oil, beard balm, and beard wax. And thought id give it a try so Seven potions Shampoo should be here on monday. The oil is very nice and goes onto the beard well. Feel the softness almost immediately. Only thing I don't like about it is I thought of a woodsy smell as being like a pine or cedar smell because of the cedar and sandalwood oils like other oils I've used, but it has more of a cocoa smell to me. Other than that, this stuff is amazing and worth the price.

Excellent beard oil with an excellent, natural scent. The oil is not to heavy so it doesn’t weigh my beard down. It also does a great job of moisturizing without looking wet or feeling greasy. It has also vastly reduced my beard dander. This is a damn good product and I’ll be purchasing the beard shampoo next.

Got it for my boyfriend, smells very nice. The smell of this is not over when if and it’s not greasy looking like some of the other beard oils he has tried. Will definitely buy again.

Works as advertised. Great smell, goes on semi-strong but does not overpower at all. I use a brush to help rub it in on a shorter beard.
