Definitely breaks down the meat. A little too expensive

The rollers are too close to the table top when you mount it. The rollers are also too close together. There is no way to adjust the thickness. When you use it, it just turns whatever meat you are processing into ground meat, not tenderized. If the rollers were adjustable, this might actually be useful. Overall, it's a worthless piece of junk. I returned it because it did not work.

Make sure you don’t cut the meat too thick or it won’t go through.

This is a fairly good product if you ONKY use a sturdy type of meat & only if the meat you’re tenderizing is cut thin like Chopped Steaak. As you can see? It doesn’t do well with any type of poultry. The chicken in this photo got stuck in the gears & ripped it up. I highly recommend that if you use this product..? Cut your steaks or Chops to about a 14/“ thickness or it will fail to do what you want it to do.

The product is heavy duty, and simple to use. Great deal.
