Love these glasses! But their customer service was spectacular! I cleaned my glasses with eyeglass cleaner, which you ARE NOT supposed to do (only water and their cloth), and the lens coating was damaged. I contacted their customer service through Amazon. They responded within the day and offered a refund or replacement. Received my replacement pair yesterday! Great job!

These sunglasses look amazing and are verycomfortable, unfortunately they break easily even with our dropping. I've purchased two pairs and both broke on the same area.

Hands down one of the most bizarre phenomenon ever, after exactly one month of use a crack appeared in the plastic and then a week later it literally just popped apart while in its case.Whatever sort of plastic is being used for this frame appears to be insufficiently dense or porous (?). It literally degrades on its own, and will crack simply from the motion of placing the glasses on and off through normal use.The look and size of the glasses I liked so it is a shame. It is very frustrating unable to get a refund.... Caveat emptor
