I have oily skin which is prone to blackheads and I have been toying with the idea of buying one of these for a long time and i finally gave in during this lockdown as i had some spare money.I put a hot towel to my face for about 20 seconds then I powered it on and gave it a test and nothing happened which was disappointing to say the least a I was really expecting more so I went to take a shower which usually takes me around 20 minutes and tried it again and low and behold the blackheads came out this time! It actually does work! JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU LET YOUR PORES OPEN PROPERLY! :)The device is white and looks really clinical and minimalistic kinda like Apple the box is beautifully presented and it felt really nice to just open the box nevermind about using the product!The product does not come charged so you need to charge it before use and I'm not so sure how long it took to charge as I left it for a few hours and came back to it after work but it does a good job afterwards.There is also a microdermabrasion head which is fixed on it which is supposed to be good too! I'm sure the beauty experts out there will know more than me when it comes to that though!If you are prone to black heads give it a go its really worth it!

Suction power, even for the lowest setting, is still pretty strong. The product holds a charge for a long time, easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to clean. I have noticed improvement with my skin, but I only use this once a week after a hot shower and I've also cut out eating sugar. So, it's assisting with clearing my skin but I don't think it's the sole reason why my skin is improving.

In my own opinion is good in general but as the exact requirement, I was expecting this will solve, well was not really good. I always suffer problems with "blackheads on the face", and for a while, I was trying to remove them just by myself... Of course, that is really hurting. Now I using this and helps to open them a little bit but the product doesn't comply with all the things they offer in the product. I never saw in there all the "fat in my face" or also if the product could remove them.I think maybe is really good for people who have had really serious troubles with acne.Even that I would say is GOOD BUT COULD BE BETTER.

Wow! Arrived this evening and used it tonight and honestly, after the first use my skin looks so good! It looks clearer, healthier and has a glow. I used a blackhead cleanser before use and natural deep moisturising moisturiser afterwards because I have very dry skin and my face feels softer and smoother! The suction is brilliant, and there are different nozzles for it. I haven’t used the exfoliating nozzle yet but no doubt will be as good! The packaging is gorgeous, very sleek and expensive looking like you would expect if bought from a high skin clinic. I really love this product and can not get over how cheap it is!

Apart from causing bruising the first time of use, I have tried using it more gently a couple of times but the unit I received is extremely difficult to switch on and off. I have tried contacting the customer support system three times but have received no response. Are you still there Hangsun?!?!

I was fairly happy with this black head remover which I was using 5 or 6 times a year.Suddenly after 2 years from purchase it stopped working. It is charging but then it does not switch on.It's not worth buying electronics that stop working so fast in my opinion.Keep in mind!

I had no idea that I needed this product in my life! I have try to eliminate blackheads and comedones for years. I squeezed them out constantly and they diminished but reappeared soon. Really annoying. The more serious problem is that it damaged my skin and leaved some marks by doing in such way. This tool has excellent suction power and it does great work on remove blackheads and whiteheads on my nose and cheek, my skin is more cleaner and soft than before. Equipped with 4 heads and 3 suction levels. I would suggest you start from the lowest level and them adjust to the appropriate level according to your situation.A great facial cleaner tool and highly recommend!

Literally what I need I highly recommend getting it, I use before washing my face to get the worst out then after washing my face to get what I missed 😁😁 love it!!! People only bruise because they they go over the sensitive part of the face for example temples, lip area and under the eye. Be extremely careful but but I have no troubles and does not bruise although does make some of the parts I went over red but that goes away in 20-25 mins.
