Hair loved it, scalp hated it
My hair got very soft and healthy using this product, but my scalp got more oily and eventually broke out in pimples (not a usual concern.) I do rinse thoroughly--not the issue. I had to discontinue my use.

I have bought this shampoo 4 times now. I initially bought it because I wanted a gentler, sulfate-free shampoo. I was surprised by two things: 1) It sudses up nicely and cleans thoroughly with just one wash, and 2) My hair stopped falling out! - a problem I had since being diagnosed with low thyroid. I suspect that sulfates must have been contributing to the problem. My hair feels clean but not stripped. In fact, I can almost go without a detangler afterwards - and I have very thick, tangle-prone hair. I will use this stuff for as long as they make it!
