SENIX B25X5 58 Volt 2.5 Ah Lithium Ion Battery with Built-in Battery Meter, Blue

If you have a Mantis cordless tool, like the Mantis 58V tiller, you have probably already run into problems sourcing parts, as these tools were dropped by the company after only a couple of years. Batteries dried up fast and your otherwise functioning tool will be junk when your battery dies, unless you want to try taking the pack apart and replacing the cells. I was getting ready to do just that when I read a comment that the Senix mower battery is the same battery under a different label. I can now confirm the truth of that within the limits of my examination. The batteries are physically identical, other than color, labels, and a membrane over the meter button on the Senix battery. The labels give the same stats for each battery: 58v, 2500mAh, 145Wh. The only thing that could conceivably be different here is whatever charging circuitry exists inside the battery, but I didn't open them to look. The Senix battery charges in my Mantis charger without complaint and powers my tiller and trimmer just as well as the original. It is nice to know that there is an easy way to keep these tools going a while longer.

Good battery life for the Senix mower. I bought two due each last about 30 minutes each when in use of mowing.

This battery is almost as expensive as the lawn mower it goes into and it only lasts about 45 minutes

So far so good with this battery. I use it on the Senix battery operated pole chain saw. The charge seems to last quite a while.

It is nice to have a good battery powered chain saw.

Thought I would try to get into the battery operated lawn maintenance tools. I purchased the lawnmower, chainsaw and blower. They all worked great at first but then both batteries that came with my purchase stopped working. I've used them maybe a total of 6 times. Don't waste your money.

Bought 3 for each, the leaf blower, stringer trimmer, and pole saw. I believe these have issues with the high drain tools making them overheat & go bad, ie: the blower & heavy use of trimmer. Durability needs work. OK for moderate use is my recommendation.
