Honestly never knew such a thing existed until doing research to help a family member with hand tremors. Eating had become incredibly frustrating for him, and he was particularly self-conscious in restaurants and at dinner parties with friends. These weighted utensils have been a game-changer; I ordered a second set just a few days after he responded so well to the first. (Also went down the rabbit hole of weighted gloves and pencils; he how has both.) The utensils are stylish, subtle, seem well constructed, and are comfortable for him to hold and use; they don’t eliminate the tremors, but they steady his hands enough for him to eat. We’ve already recommended them to friends who also struggle with shaky hands.The only criticism is the high price tag, which has only increased in the 20-some days since I ordered our sets. Although the price does seem to be market value, it may be prohibitive to users who could significantly benefit from these helpful tools.

I bought these for my husband who has a central tremor. The set comes with two spoons which is actually very useful. My husband loves them and says they work wonderfully. The spoons allow him to eat soup without spilling it everywhere. The Style is such that it doesn't draw attention them that its "special silverware". It looks like everyone else's silverware, just slightly bigger. They have a nice weigh to them and have held up beautifully to everyday use and dishwasher cleaning. They still look brand new.

I'm an old man, that appreciate not being treated as a toddler, incapable of feeding myself. This Stainless Steel set of tableware fits the situation perfectly. Should I ever require a different set, I know where to shop. This set feels good in my hand, and helps with the darn involuntary movement's that can occur from time to time. This set could Last for generations. I'm glad I purchased them.

The utensils are very well made, and the weight distribution is good. Unfortunately these were too heavy and too long for my frail mother

Great people, great product

I bought these for my elderly Dad who has lost a lot of his hand function due to arthritis and difficulty healing from a nasty break. He told me these are a total game changer for him. Along with the ease of use, they have helped him feel more independent and not embarrassed eating in front of other people. I cannot attest to the longevity of this product, but I would buy them over and over for the benefits they’ve provided in just a short time.

Nice set and helpful for tremors, but the teaspoon is VERY LARGE (tablespoon sized) and the utensils tend to be a bit slippery to hold…I wrapped thick rubber bands (crisscrossed) around handles, which helped. I think shorter handles might also be more helpful.

If someone in your family suffers from tremors this is the cutlery for them. They do not stop the tremors but the weight reduces the tremors so that the person can actual get some food into their mouth. I know they are on the pricey side but well worth it. I have tried other cheaper types and they did not perform as well. The nice thing is you can take them out to a restaurant or someone's house for dinner and they do not look out of place and draw attention to the person eating. Love that there is 2 large spoons. Very nice!

My husband is losing the use of his arms and hands and this set has the only fork that he can use to allow him independence. The utensil handles are not round but flatter and this is what allows my husband to use the fork effectively. We have tried others and this is the only one that works for him. I bought a second set just to have a second fork on hand. This set came very quickly and in a nice carrying case. Highly recommended!
