KingCamp Camp King 8-Person 2-Room Instant Camp Cabin Tent, 13' × 9', with Full Cover Rain Fly

Steel poles (no fiberglass crap to break), full rainfly (no water or wind getting on), welded seam floor (waterproof and tear proof), free standing (no need to stake it down), nylon tent fabric for all seams (panels are sewn together with nylon fabric at the seam), instant setup (takes about 15 minutes with rainfly and ground stakes), takedown and pack up is even quicker.... I have used it about 8 times this season and it hasn't let me down. Heavy rain was nothing for it. One night, I thought for sure the tent was going to break or tear due to high winds, (I even went outside and checked around it at 3 a.m) but all was good. Doesn't condensate, I can stand up inside and I am 6'3, love the doors become canopies with the included steel stints.Bottom line is; if you want a large, strong 3 season, instant up, that's better made than competetitors, for under 400 dollars (I paid around 250) then this is it. Ive had tons of different tents, this tent is the best in it's category.

I have had quite a few tents over the years and this one has many good features for the price. Quick to set up and take down. Vary spacious and tall with a full rain fly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it could use a few extra features to be a great tent. The rain fly is vary good because it is full length as it worked well in a medium rain that we had. I staked it out as best as I could what what came with it but the tent needs longer stakes and also some mid point loops to keep the fly off the tent. This might be an issue in high wind and rain situation. That said it didn’t leak at all. Over all happy with my choice. I might try and have some loops sewn in.

Very easy to assemble.Rain fly zipper broke first day- huge impact on temperature control, considering that tent doesn't have other screen covers. Hoods become useless due to same reason- no other covers for big screens, if it rsins- your tent will get water.

The tent was not easy to assemble. Poor instructions. Not easy to set up or tear down.We were not tall enough to get the tent up right. The Legs broke before we ever got it put together. We could not get it back in the bag to make a proper return. We had to throw it away.

I'm giving this tent a 3 and a half stars which I can't do due to the star rating system. The simple fact is it has no slit to slip a cord/cords threw for electrical purposes. I have never owed a tent that didn't have a port for cords, and I had to use one of the screen doors with the two zippers placed on each side of the cords. Bugs can still creep in because of this, and I have to use the door for that purpose when it should not be used for that purpose causing constant strain on the zippers. I want the option to have my doors completely zipped and not create a makeshift port. The point is this was like a 500 dollar tent on Amazon at first, and they decreased the price, so I got it at a lower price but if I paid 500 for it I would still have the same issue. The only difference is I'm less upset because I paid less and would be more upset if I paid more.

This is a great tent. Ordered it, looks roomy, but a bit big for my need so I returned it since I won't be needing it. If I was going to do full time tent camping, this would be the tent though. I rather just camp at a trailer

This product would receive a 5 star review if the rainfly had a more distinguishable orientation.Use the printed logo to identify which side is up, then find the side with a window instead of a door to identify orientation.If the window side, or just widow flap were a different color setup would involve 1 less minute of frustration flipping the rainfly around.Perhaps I just need to be more mindful as I put it away and take it out so I know the orientation?

One of the telescoping poles would not extend despite several people trying to pull it out. Also the tent material was very thin, while spending the single night we used the tent with a sagging corner due to the pole issue a tear developed in the side towards the bottom which seemed to come out of nowhere. Returned for the malfunctioning pole and for the tear caused by nothing.
