Aaaahhh- I can now sit in the car more comfortably
I lost 15+ lbs and my backside is bony now, and sitting in the car more than 20 min made the back of my legs ache all the way to the butt bones we all sit on.... This cushion isn't too thick to make me sit up too high, yet really did a good job of providing cushioning, better that foam as I am in a warm weather climate. I really couldn't find a way to secure it, so I took a single layer of a large towel and secured it on both sides behind the seatbelt holder and tipped the seat forward to push it back behind the seat. I like it!

More comfort due to wedge design.
My husband has purchased multiple seat cushions for when he drives. This is the best one he has had so far. the other ones did not taper off as this one does in the wedge design so you were trying to help your sore butt but then it was irritating the thighs because the wedge did not taper off.

Great for those with a sensitive back
Perfect for long road trips! We went on a three week cross country trip. Hours and hours of driving. The rental van we had, gave me a backache after day one. I ordered this to use for the rest of the trip. Miracle! No other bad back issues. Comfortable and easy to install. I already have back issues. This made the drive bearable.

Too thin and non supporting
Too thin wont hold my 160# body without going thin. Don’t waste ur money

Bottoms out pretty easy
It was comfortable fore a few days that I started using it, but then then it started bottoming out and I fell the lower butt/back discomfort. Keep in mind i'm not that heavy, around 170lbs, so that wasnt the issue. It seems the memory foam isnt that dense for being so thin.I contacted the seller and they weren't helpful at all... They even said that is how it is supposed to be.
