Great Switch, Horrible Instructions
I used this switch to power on some USB ports for my truck. It works well once you figure out the wiring. Let me help everyone out here with the wiring so you don't have to seek out a mental health specialist to get you going.Black = Negative / GroundBlue = Normally Open ContactGreen = Positive from BatteryRed = LED + PowerYellow = Normally Closed ContactSo to make the LED light up, you need to connect that red wire to:Green = LED always onBlue = LED on when depressedYellow = LED on when not depressed. That should save everyone a lot of time as the instructions might as well be in Chinese.Just a reminder that this thing is only rated at 5amps. If you need to draw more than that you will need a relay to pull that off with this switch.

Low cost fast shipping easy button
Great price, quality, and super fast shipping...in fact, I bought another one because they're so easy to use with the plug-in connection; you can experiment with different configs just by tying wires together. The feedback feels solid, and the LED is bright (blue).I used this on my bike to control power to my low beam and DRL so I can run them Independently of one another. The pinout I ended up with is:Black is negative / ground.Blue goes to Low Beam positive on Head Light harness (mines H4).Green goes to Low Beam positive on Bike side (coming from battery/handlebar switch).Red powers LED, so if you want LED always on, tie in with Green, if you want LED only on when switch sends power to target device, tie in with Blue.Yellow I didn't use.Hope this helps!

Poor instruction
After 30mins of trial and error due to the very poor instruction which doesn't help or makes sense I finally got it to work right. I bought the red one and the color is great the button works. I have it hook up to have led turn on when device is on (button is latch or pressed in). The photo show the color scheme. Hopefully this helps people wire their stuff. Sorry I don't have the scheme to keep led on while the button is in the off position but it's probably just a wire switch away.Pros: Color is bright, bezel feels nice, easy to mount, comes with harnessCons: installation is confusing, lack of instruction

Excellent product, warranty & customer service
The media could not be loaded. Initially, my switch came feeling a bit off. It would depress but wouldn’t fully come back up without tapping it & during testing with continuity tester, none of the contacts would change when clicked.I clicked on the sold by name of the shop, sent them a message and Inso got back with me quickly apologizing for the fault & dispatching a replacement. He was very easy to work with & told me to keep the old one for the troubles. When the replacement came, it clicked very sharply, I could tell the first was definitely broke inside. Found my pin out & schematic & installed it.On my cooling fan application, I have a 50A relay wired to a constant on fuse & a manual temp switch contacting ground. I also have a solid state controller on another fan that does 75% of the cooling. It can be overridden with a negative input. I wired both triggers together & sent it to my switch so I could turn on both systems for constant on control. My problem was in the LED. I wired it to ‘key on’ positive & the ground was on my trigger blue (green to ground). When the key was off, the fan would kick on instantly. I had to use a diode to prevent backfeeding the relay coil to ground since my 1995 k1500 has all these computers on board that switch negative ground & float 12v... it’s a mess.Anyway, love the switch. The byproduct of how it was wired is that when my controller grounds the relay coil, the led will come on so even if it’s not depressed, I can see when my fans are running as seen in my video clip.

Button switch is great, but harness isn't
I really like the switch. It looks really nice and works well. However, I was severely disappointed in the connector wiring (that harness is big part of the reason I chose this item). Following installation, the switch did not function properly, but upon inspection I determined that the problem was not the switch, it was a faulty connection from a wire to the socket that caused it to fall off. I fixed that myself rather than return it because I didn't want to remove it from the completed installation. It worked fine for a day, but failed again due to another broken connection, which I had to repair.Poor crimp and/or solder connections are common in cheap products. I found this in many other products from other manufacturers that also use poor assembly techniques and rely on customers to do the QC. Very inconvenient! If you don't mind doing your own quality control, buy this, but check it thoroughly. Or, just solder the wires right to the back of the switch.

Works great. Just what I needed for a 12V switch in my F150
Really happy for the price. The body of the switch is all metal, which is nice. It comes with an o-ring, which you should remove, then put back on after you put it through your hole, this will help hold the nut in place. The wiring was easy, albeit a little confusing from the provided instruction page. It took me a few times to understand how it works. The switch is depressed in a little when "ON" and flush when "OFF". The cool thing is this can be wired so this works either way, including the LED, so it can be "ON" when flush if you wanted that. The LED is a little too bright, but only at night. In a vehicle at night, I would not want these mounted high on the dash, because if you had multiple of them it would be too much light. Mine was mounted low on the center console and it is fine. I'd love for the LED to be a little less bright but it is what it is.Tip - for drilling the hole, get a "step drill" bit. That makes quick and easy work for drilling large centered holes in plastic or thin metal.

Satisfying click
These are nice. Very satisfying click. The light ring moves with the button which was unexpected but is a cool change than the usual version of this button style. The removable wiring harness is a great bonus and is properly labeled. There is some decent instructions with 4 different ways to wire it up.

As described and appears decent quality
I bought this switch for newly installed led courtesy/compartment lights in my fishing boat. Appears to be decent quality and came as described. Time will tell but unfortunately wont get to put it to the test until open water season.

Switch Install Looks Great!
I used the witch for lights installed in the box of my truck. It was too small for a pre-existing hole so sprayed a washer with box liner and presto! We've got a cleanly installed button! And it works as hoped. Taillight removal is required, which was more work than it needed to be, but once it's off, easy-peasey!

New instructions make it a good buy...quality switch works well.
Switch mechanism works well and the LED light is bright enough to see in daylight...the revised wiring instructions are well detailed and easy to understand...very pleased with purchase.
