Oh dear
What a disappointment this was. I had hoped to use this to convert my old vhs videos to dvd and it couldn't even recognise my video capture device.The net effect was that the thing wouldn't "see" my video machine.The company supplied no "troubleshooting" information in the package and the only helpline was an US phone number, hopeless!The instructions booklet sent with the package were poor at best and although I'm no expect, I'm not rubbish with a PC either. Surely, a company can do better than this.

It really does Work!
